Plan and oversee the procurement process to ensure continuous supply and alignment with PCP (Production Control Planning), Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse departments. Lead large-scale negotiations with industrial suppliers, focusing on cost savings, delivery timelines, and performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (lead time, SLA, service level, total cost of acquisition). Supervise supplier qualification and evaluation processes.
