Assists in cost analysis and driver support Responsible for supporting the company's vehicle management, ensuring organization, control, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include tracking preventive and corrective maintenance, managing fueling, monitoring documentation (e.g., licensing and insurance), updating spreadsheets and systems, tracking mileage, and supporting vehicle tracking. Also assists in cost analysis, scheduling inspections, and providing driver support, ensuring the fleet operates safely and economically.
