Work directly with drivers and operational teams A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Fleet and Scheduling Controller in Várzea Paulista. Committed to quality and excellence, it consistently strives to exceed market expectations. **Responsibilities:** Develop and adjust driver and vehicle schedules according to daily scheduling and operational requirements. Monitor working hours, overtime, days off, and compliance with transportation regulations. Supervise vehicle departures and arrivals to ensure adherence to scheduled times. .Reassign drivers and fleet vehicles as needed in case of unforeseen events (absences, maintenance, route changes, emergencies). Collaborate directly with drivers, maintenance staff, and operational coordination. Record trip information, incidents, and updates in internal systems or spreadsheets. Ensure all operations comply with safety and quality standards.
