Then this opportunity is for you!* *At KONA TRANSPORTES, we seek a Fleet Analyst to strategically manage and control tires, ensuring efficiency, safety, and operational cost reduction.* *With a focus on transporting dry, refrigerated, and frozen food, we serve food service sector clients in partnership with PLATLOG and REFRIO. We are experiencing continuous growth and seek professionals who wish to grow alongside us!* **Location:** Rua Wilhelm Winter, 301 – Distrito Industrial, Jundiaí/SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Employment Type:** CLT – 100% on-site **Responsibilities:** * Perform comprehensive tire management, including inventory control, movements, balancing, rotation, and retreading; * Monitor tire scrapping and inflation pressure, analyzing causes of irregular wear and premature losses; * Develop and maintain up-to-date fleet performance indicators (CPK, retreadings, lifespan, etc.); * Ensure tire mapping and traceability within the system, controlling fleet, inventory, and scrapping; * Collaborate with the operations team to propose process improvements and cost reductions; * Support management in analyzing data and technical reports related to the fleet. **Prerequisites:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience: Minimum 3 years in this role or related areas (fleet management, tires, or maintenance); * Technical knowledge: Tire types, applications by axle and operation type, retreading and scrapping criteria; * Computer skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office; knowledge of KMM ERP and Power BI is a plus; * Analytical, communicative profile with ownership mindset and results orientation.
