Job Summary: We are seeking a Wareliner to join our Operations team, focused on implementing hospital billing modules, training users, and resolving issues. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a new **Wareliner** to join our **Operations** team, responsible for implementing the **Billing modules of Conecte/W**, supporting clients with system configuration, user training, and ensuring correct use of hospital billing routines. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Implementing the **billing modules** of the **Conecte/W** system at client sites; * Training and supporting users to ensure correct use of billing routines; * Assisting with system configuration according to hospital rules and processes; * Actively analyzing and resolving issues; * Suggesting improvements to hospital processes and routines; * Analyzing routines and scenarios for system implementation. **What we expect from you:** * Technical or higher education degree in **Healthcare, Administration, Technology, or related fields**; * Knowledge of **SUS, health insurance, or hospital fee schedule billing processes**; * Experience with hospital routines or hospital management systems; * Availability for **frequent travel across Brazil**; * Driver's license category B; * Assertive communication skills, teaching ability, and capacity to learn quickly. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience implementing software. **What Wareline Offers:** * Flexible VR/VA via CAJU card; * Health and dental insurance; * Childcare allowance for children up to 5 years old; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on internal goals; * Training and development incentive programs; * Wellhub; * Birthday day off.
