Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering;
* Prior experience as an industrial project planner (mandatory);
* Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Excel;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Knowledge of project management;
* Willingness to work on-site in Campinas/SP.
* Based on the Project Master Schedule, coordinate the development and consolidation of detailed schedules for service suppliers of each package (civil construction and electromechanical installation).
* Develop/update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS);
* Monitor all scheduled activities, comparing executed vs. scheduled work and performing re-scheduling with contracted companies whenever necessary;
* Provide the Project Manager with all information required to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports;
* Define, jointly with the Project Manager, the chart of accounts, cost control procedures, and criteria for management reporting;
* Implement a systematic cost plan to identify potential variances and corrective actions;
* Prepare Monthly Financial Control Reports for each contract, aligned with the established chart of accounts;
* Prepare and issue Project Monitoring Reports according to the client's methodology standards;
* Review, comment on, and archive Daily Site Reports (DSRs) issued by contractors;
* Organize the project's technical archive, including all project drawings, supplier drawings, material certificates, and test certificates;
* Issue meeting minutes and distribute them to all stakeholders;
* Control the issuance of project drawings, ensuring site execution always conforms to the latest revision \- Approved for Construction;
* Monitor the preparation of As-Built markings by contractors on a master drawing set, indicating any field changes;
* Control the workflow for preparation and approval of Project Change Requests (PCRs);
* Receive and organize technical documentation for equipment or systems for subsequent compilation into the Data Book, as well as certificates of performed tests.
