For us, quality is the fuel that keeps us active. **If, like us, you’re driven by water and want to make a difference in the world—join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Outsourced operations are responsible for ensuring the flawless operation of our clients’ treatment plants, preventing environmental pollution, complying with environmental legislation, and supplying high-quality water for internal process use when required. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Operating industrial and domestic water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as water reuse systems, maintaining optimal functionality; * Monitoring tank volumes; * Measuring temperature, pH, turbidity, settleable solids, and sludge settleability per internal procedures; * Preparing and replenishing chemicals essential to the treatment process; * Completing control spreadsheets—including daily work logs and quality control records; * Checking operational performance indicators; * Operating and performing minor maintenance on relevant equipment; * Managing and organizing laboratory reagent, glassware, and equipment inventory, reporting restocking needs; * Collecting samples for laboratory analysis; * Conducting low-complexity chemical analyses; * Ensuring workplace organization and maintenance; * Keeping the work area clean and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites for This Role:** * Technical degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields; * Active CRQ registration; * Minimum 1 year of experience in water/wastewater treatment. **What We Expect From You:** * Participate in offered safety trainings and safety dialogues; * Maintain your workstation and personal protective equipment (PPE) in clean and orderly condition; * Collaborate with your team to achieve departmental goals; * Provide quarterly feedback sessions with your direct supervisor; * Apply our core values daily, both within and outside EP; * Demonstrate commitment and ethics toward your team and clients. **Additional Information** **General Information:** **Salary:** R$2\.631,00 \+ 30% hazard pay **Work Schedule:** To be determined **Location:** R.
