Monitor the Customer Service area’s operational performance indicators through reports, using assumptions already established in the Concession Agreement and technical specifications. Enhance administrative reporting for Operations by developing new monitoring methodologies aimed at identifying data/information related to process efficiency, thereby facilitating decision-making. Guarantee timely submission of information to the Contract Management area by tracking the previously agreed-upon schedule for preparing reports destined for the Conceding Authority. Ensure proper handling of property damage and toll evasion billing processes by monitoring open cases and recovering associated costs from our customers. Conduct statistical analyses for the Customer Service area using data recorded in operational systems or by providing data/information for managerial dashboards used by the Operations Planning and Control area. Consolidate information related to Budget/Costs/Monthly Tracking/Trend Forecasting concerning the Operations Planning and Control (OPC) area and Highway Business Units, following formats or systems utilized by Financial Planning. Perform analyses and studies on traffic and revenue behavior across Business Units, thereby forecasting traffic volume, revenue, and trends for these units. Develop special/specific operational plans or construction scheduling and occupancy plans. Send specific official letters addressing contractual or regulatory requirements directed to regulatory agencies or the Conceding Authority. Prepare responses to the Conceding Authority regarding its requests or contractual obligations, adhering to the format, frequency, and deadlines established by the Conceding Authority.
