We are seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** to work at **UNIFACCAMP**, performing various organizational tasks, minor repairs, and supporting activities such as painting, masonry, etc.; preparing and organizing tools and materials required for tasks; transporting materials and assisting with loading/unloading; reporting maintenance needs to supervisors; strictly adhering to safety regulations (PPE); maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Additional responsibilities include internal and external facility maintenance, minor repairs, and moving objects and equipment. If you are organized and seek to work in an educational environment committed to excellence, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry installations according to scheduled plans. Replacing light bulbs, outlets, and ballasts; sealing leaks; performing minor masonry and painting repairs; adjusting door handles and hinges; assisting electricians, carpenters, and masons during more complex maintenance tasks; and supporting necessary operational demands.
