Receiving and validating returned components. Sorting components. Pre-assembling formwork kits. Supervising initial structural assembly. Refurbishing components. Updating component control lists and reporting to the manager. Verifying whether components sorted and refurbished by Formwork Operator I comply with the construction project specifications. Pre-assembling new formwork kits, ensuring correct assembly execution. Supervising initial structural assembly, guiding proper assembly procedures, and providing solutions for any issues encountered. Performing component refurbishment—including cutting, welding, drilling missing holes, milling, sanding, painting—and other necessary tasks to adapt formwork to project requirements. Preparing initial structural assembly reports, identifying damaged or missing components in formwork kits at the start of structural assembly, requesting component searches in the warehouse, and forwarding results to analysts. After receiving the project’s component list, verifying stock components against project requirements, identifying components ready for use and those requiring refurbishment or purchase.
