Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and process optimization **Company Description** Bosch Home Comfort is hiring. **Job Description** * Develop preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, defining schedules, allocating resources, and setting priorities. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, documentation (PMOC, SCHEDULE, WORK SHIFT/ON-CALL SCHEDULE), workforce sizing, and material requirements. * Plan and schedule periodic equipment maintenance to prevent failures and ensure energy efficiency. . * Supervise the team in executing repairs and diagnosing faults, seeking rapid and effective solutions. * Monitor the maintenance activity schedule, ensuring quality, compliance with technical standards and procedures. * Prepare technical reports on maintenance activities, including major incidents, failures, equipment downtime, action plans, implemented solutions, and associated costs. * Team management: development, scheduling, utilization of available monthly working hours, completion of mandatory training, accountability, and time tracking. * Present operational reports, critically analyze team performance, and recommend improvements to O&M contracts. * Promote actions to ensure health and safety in the workplace. * Stay updated on developments within the field: new technologies, processes, regulations, and industry best practices. * Communicate with other company departments, such as project, field engineering, and quality, to ensure integration of maintenance activities. * Manage safety stock (spare parts and materials) for O&M contracts to ensure the team has appropriate resources to perform tasks and avoid equipment downtime. **Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Technical knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems / safety standards / leadership and team management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / PCM / basic inventory management knowledge. * Availability to work in Hortolândia/SP. **Additional Information** Applications accepted until 10/25/25
