




We are seeking an Administrative Assistant – Active Telemarketing to perform active customer outreach, administrative support, and client prospecting. We are looking for a communicative, organized individual who is comfortable with routine telephone contact activities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in active telemarketing, customer service, or related fields * Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills * Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, systems, and information recording * Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail * Proactive, persuasive profile with professional customer service demeanor * Ability to handle performance targets and a high volume of calls * Availability to work on-site **Responsibilities:** * Conduct outbound calls to clients and partners * Update and record information in the system and spreadsheets * Assist in scheduling visits, meetings, or commercial activities * Provide administrative support to the sales and customer service teams * Track follow-up responses, forward requests, and organize information * Assist in maintaining databases, reports, and performance indicator tracking * Respond to internal department-related requests * Contribute to efficient communication flow between team members and customers * Maintain daily organization of records, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks **Salary and Benefits:** **R$ 1,500.00 to R$ 1,800.00** + Food Basket + On-site Meal + Profit Sharing (PLR) + Life Insurance Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education)
