Job Summary: A professional responsible for supporting internal and external guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction and performing departmental tasks according to quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assist guests and help with luggage, explaining hotel services. 2. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lobby, upholding the environmental standard. 3. Support hotel security by reporting irregularities. Bourbon Hospitality is seeking a Service Agent \- Bellboy to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia\-SP. This professional will support internal and external guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction and guaranteeing the execution of department-specific activities in accordance with the company's established quality standards, compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures, as well as adherence to general policies of Bourbon Hotéis \& Resorts RESPONSIBILITIES: * Escort guests to their rooms after check-in, carrying their luggage while observing courtesy rules, explaining equipment location and operation, and informing operating hours of various hotel outlets; * Inform guests about hotel services, clarifying questions regarding bar and restaurant operations, advising on operating hours, and notifying that the Front Desk provides brochures for further information. * Complete luggage tags/protocols and the "Log Book" with guest name, room number, and date, ensuring proper baggage tracking. * Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization, arranging newspapers and magazines to uphold the network's required presentation standard; * Keep luggage carts clean and polished; * Support hotel security by monitoring foot traffic and immediately reporting any irregularities to the direct supervisor.
