Requirements: **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Quality Engineering practices; Experience in creating and reviewing test scenarios using systematic techniques to ensure efficient coverage; Ability to execute and guide teams in manual functional and exploratory testing; Expertise in planning and executing integrated functional tests using appropriate techniques and tools; Capability to perform risk analysis, helping prioritize testing efforts toward high-probability and high-impact scenarios; Experience in defining test strategies, distributing tests across levels according to the chosen strategy; Ability to collect and analyze user/business metrics and incident data, leveraging them for test planning and decision-making; Knowledge of reviewing prototypes/wireframes and proposing improvements, identifying issues and opportunities; Experience in reviewing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, suggesting improvements; Ability to disseminate agile QA culture and practices across teams; Understanding of application architecture and its integrations, applying this knowledge to test planning and execution; Experience in using and evolving processes, standards, and templates predefined by the Quality Chapter; Ability to review and suggest improvements to unit tests and code reviews (functional tests); Ability to create test doubles using an already-defined framework; Experience developing frameworks or scripts for test data generation, including databases such as Mongo, Oracle, and MSSQL, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ; Capability to report test execution status, critical bugs, and blockers; Ability to present team deliverables to stakeholders and gather feedback; Experience debugging errors using logs and monitoring tools; Ability to mentor new members of the Quality Chapter and request expert mentoring; Familiarity with project and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence; Continuous pursuit of innovation in systemic processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing; Manual testing for Mobile and API; Experience developing frameworks or scripts for test data generation, including databases such as Mongo, Oracle, and MSSQL, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ; Code versioning tools (GitLab); Test scenario and defect management tools; Agile methodologies and the QA role within agile teams; Monitoring/Troubleshooting (Kibana/OpenSearch); Risk analysis; Databases; Contract testing; Review of unit and integration tests; Creation of test doubles (mocks, stubs, fakes, spies, dummies); Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Testing, and DevOps culture; Monitoring/Troubleshooting (Grafana and Dynatrace).
