Provide direct support to drivers during operations We are looking for a Traffic Controller to join our operations team. **Important:** This position has no relation whatsoever to security or gatekeeping services. The focus is exclusively on vehicle operations and management, monitoring, and direct driver support. **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor vehicles and track them in real time (tracking). Plan, guide, and adjust routes as needed. Provide direct support to drivers during operations. Promptly resolve operational incidents. Manage operational information via systems and spreadsheets. Maintain constant communication via phone and e-mail. **Technical Requirements:** Computer literacy. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and corporate e-mail usage. Familiarity with tracking systems and operational platforms. Ability to organize and manage multiple pieces of information simultaneously.
