Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for mediating between drivers and customer service, seeking solutions to route-related issues and ensuring service level standards, as well as completing spreadsheets and maintaining contact with supervisors and teams. Key Highlights: 1. Mediation between drivers and customer service team 2. Resolution of route-related issues and assurance of service level 3. Direct contact with supervisors and teams Mediation between drivers and the customer service team; list all route-related issues and seek solutions; ensure compliance with Service Level requirements to minimize customer waiting time; complete spreadsheets and performance indicators; maintain direct contact with supervisors and driver and assistant teams.
