Job Summary: Align transport demands, schedule drivers, provide customer and driver support, update spreadsheets, and generate reports. Key Highlights: 1. Transport demand alignment and scheduling 2. Customer service and driver support 3. Work shift control and transport document issuance Coordinate transport demand with available vehicles and the control room; schedule drivers; provide customer service; provide driver support (in-person/WhatsApp); continuously update spreadsheets with appropriate updates and report to customers; extract reports to update departmental KPIs; issue CT-e/Manifests; monitor driver absenteeism; oversee and manage work shifts.
