




Job Summary: Train and develop charter bus drivers in technical and behavioral aspects, ensuring safe and economical driving and compliance with applicable legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Train charter bus drivers in technical and behavioral aspects, considering company internal policies, safe and economical driving, and current traffic legislation. Responsible for the new driver training program. Following incidents, provide follow-up support and work with drivers on preventive measures. Identify and conduct necessary training and other actions to develop the team and achieve departmental goals. Valid driver's license category D or E and Passenger Collective Transport Course required. Flexible working hours required.
