**Building Maintenance Technician (Intermediate Level)** **Salary:** R$ 2\.189,97 **Benefits:** VT or mobility card (fueling) – fare value, Meal allowance (R$ 485,00\) and Life insurance **Cities where you may reside:** Campinas, Sumaré, Hortolândia **Required knowledge and qualifications:** Knowledge of hydraulics and civil works; basic electrical knowledge (formal electrical training is not required, as we have an electrician on the team) **Job responsibilities:** Perform general services and repairs in hydraulics and masonry (civil works), as required by the condominium. **Assist the electrician when necessary.** **Work location: Campinas (Bosque das Palmeiras)** **Working hours:** **Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00\.** **Saturday: from 08:00 to 12:00** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.189,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience in building maintenance?
