Update controls and registrations accurately and responsibly. Prepare administrative reports and support evidence compilation. Support analysts and the coordinator in preparing documents and communications. Conduct mystery shopping under guidance, focusing on collecting administrative evidence. **Serve as a support point at the interface with internal departments (e.g.:** Medical Billing, Reimbursement, Audit). Practice and promote company values and information security principles. Mandatory Requirements Completed high school education. Experience with administrative routines and internal controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. **Desirable Requirements (a plus):** Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields. Basic/intermediate knowledge of claims regulation and industry practices. **Judgment Skills:** Strong sense of responsibility. Analytical and logical thinking skills, planning, organization, and adherence to deadlines. Communication, creativity, innovation, customer focus, and initiative. Clear communication and ethical conduct. **Autonomy:** Autonomy to carry out administrative routines and propose operational improvements, respecting boundaries defined by coordination.
