




Job Summary: Experienced kitchen assistant for commercial restaurants, responsible for pre-preparation of dishes, sanitation, and salad preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items, such as: pre\-preparing hot dishes and meats; cleaning equipment, utensils, and work area; preparing salads and replenishing buffet preparations. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off per week.
