




Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing process improvements, guiding the team, ensuring store organization and sanitation, and preparing food. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure store organization and sanitation Working Hours: Position 1 \- from 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM Position 2 \- from 5:00 PM to 12:55 AM Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Participate in area process improvement development; Guide and supervise tasks performed by Assistants during shifts; Monitor griddle temperature; Know meat doneness standards and bacon preparation methods; Pay attention to cooking time for each type of meat; Slice bread; Organize and sanitize the store, maintaining required cleanliness standards throughout the work shift; Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity, as needed by the department.
