Come with us and be part of this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze and develop information that supports the provision of technical opinions to assist decision-making within the area; * Develop and report area-specific indicators to leadership; * Propose improvements and support the implementation of processes within your area of responsibility; * Compile information and prepare monitoring reports related to processes; * Review study protocols and monitor study execution as described in the protocol; * Support leadership in drafting sponsor monitoring letters and ensuring quality assurance; * Develop and/or review Standard Operating Procedures; * Perform other professional activities related to and inherent to the position, as directed by supervisors; * Pursue continuous improvement of services and processes within your area of responsibility, as well as explore new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Technical degree (Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and systems; * Experience in clinical research and/or bioequivalence studies is desirable; * Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines — ICH E6 (R3) is desirable; * Advanced English proficiency is desirable. **Additional information** **Work location:** * Campinas/SP **Work schedule:** * 5x2 — 08:00 to 17:00 — Monday to Friday **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health insurance plan with no monthly cost to the employee, including co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental plan with co-payment for monthly fees; * Life insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible meal/food allowance; * Pharmacy benefit program; * SESC partnership; * Physical wellness program — TotalPass; * Day Off — for healthcare professionals; * Childcare assistance (per internal policy).
