After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support Accounts Payable routines, performing control and verification tasks. * Assist the department in validating and/or posting invoices, discounts, and other financial obligations in the SAP system. * Monitor the posting and SAP integration tool (Fresch). * Support audit activities, suppliers, internal customers, and partner departments by providing necessary information and documentation. * Assist in preparing periodic reports and supporting financial analyses for the Accounts Payable Department. * Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes and their automation. * Perform reconciliations and controls of expense reimbursements via Argo. * Manage commission controls for representatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with the SAP system is desirable. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real opportunities for growth.
