PJ Contract A growing manufacturing company seeks a strategic, analytical, and highly organized professional to work in Production Planning and Control (PCP). We are looking for someone with a process-oriented mindset, strong planning capability, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth production flow, material control, and factory operational efficiency. ? Key Responsibilities: ✔ Production planning and scheduling ✔ Monitoring and tracking of production orders ✔ Inventory and production supply management ✔ Raw material and input control ✔ Analysis of production capacity and bottlenecks ✔ Delivery deadline and order portfolio tracking ✔ Interface with production, procurement, logistics, and sales departments ✔ Preparation of reports and KPIs ✔ Process improvement and productivity initiatives ✔ Inventory control and factory operational monitoring ? Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields * Solid industrial PCP experience * Hands-on experience in production planning and scheduling * Experience with ERP systems and industrial process control * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile * Experience in furniture, upholstery, or mass-production industries is desirable ? Technical Knowledge: ✔ Advanced Excel ✔ PCP and MRP ✔ ERP Systems ✔ Inventory and stock management ✔ Industrial performance indicators ✔ Demand planning and production capacity planning ✔ Lean Manufacturing ✔ Power BI is a plus ✨ We seek a professional with strategic vision, strong sense of priority, and ability to structure processes to support operational growth. ?
