Commercial support and resolution of deviations in logistics flows. A manufacturer of medical instruments and implants is seeking a Senior Export Analyst based in Campinas (Techno Park). GMReis is a company specialized in transportation and logistics solutions, offering freight and cargo management services. With a focus on efficiency and safety, it serves diverse industry requirements. **Responsibilities:** Issue and verify export documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, and export tax invoice. Create and track orders in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with Production, Production Planning and Control (PCP), and Logistics regarding manufacturing, billing, and shipment deadlines. Conduct order follow-up, resolve deviations, provide international customers with updates on order status, deadlines, and shipments, and support the commercial team across the entire logistics and foreign exchange process. Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of export documentation. Previous experience as an International Trade Analyst, Export Specialist, Export Coordinator, or International Logistics Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
