Job Summary: Technical Services Supervisor focused on poultry farming, management of breeder birds, biosecurity, and performance indicator analysis, responsible for training and lectures. Focus on management of female and male breeders and biosecurity TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR Requirements **Required Education:** Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agronomy, or Agricultural Technician with a bachelor's degree in related fields; Experience in poultry farming with solid knowledge of heavy breeder hen reproduction; Willingness to travel and work in the MG and GO regions; Strong communication skills; Good interpersonal skills; Ability to prepare and deliver training sessions/lectures. Responsibilities Extensive experience managing and handling female and male breeders during the rearing phase; Extensive experience managing and handling female and male breeders during the production phase; Biosecurity and bird health-related aspects; Egg management-related aspects; Fundamentals of feeding strategies/nutrition; Management and analysis of performance indicators; Farm construction aspects (sizing); Equipment-related aspects (types, sizing, features); Knowledge of environmental management fundamentals; Labor-related aspects (staff sizing, task distribution); Foundational knowledge of physiology and anatomy of breeder birds. **Business Overview:** Poultry farming Data analysis proficiency Intermediate Excel spreadsheet knowledge Intermediate English Benefits Health insurance (for employee and dependents); Dental insurance (for employee and dependents); Eye care reimbursement (per current policy); Private pension plan; PPR (Profit Sharing Program). **Note:** Our office is located in Campinas \- SP, and it is not required to reside in the same region.
