Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Supervisor to lead teams, organize schedules, ensure proper waste handling, and develop team members. Key Highlights: 1. Lead operational teams and supervise productivity. 2. Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste. 3. Conduct people management, provide feedback, and deliver training. We are seeking an Operational Supervisor to work in Jundiai/SP. Responsibilities: * Serve as the liaison point between Ambipar and Coca\-Cola FEMSA managers; * Lead Ambipar's operational teams assigned to the facility; * Organize work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor employee productivity; * Ensure proper handling, segregation, storage, and disposal of waste generated by the factory; * Conduct people management, provide feedback, deliver training, and support team development. Requirements: * Reside in Jundiaí or surrounding area; * Completed high school education; * Availability for overtime (HE); * Prior experience in waste management or related fields is a plus; * Minimum one year of experience as a team leader/supervisor; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
