We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Job Description** Plan sales strategies for the territory covered by the unit by analyzing each region—including competitor activity, average pricing, commercial terms, customer service quality, customer profiles, and regional market characteristics—to organize the sales team’s efforts in acquiring new customers. Define sub-areas of responsibility for each sales representative based on individual employee profile assessments, ensuring effective and market-aligned commercial coverage per region—and thereby driving increased sales. Supervise pre-sales activities of each sales representative by reviewing visit reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) and the Salesforce sales pipeline, in order to guide or correct prospecting efforts, client visits, and regional coverage—ultimately aiming to close sales. Additionally, participate in strategic, high-potential negotiations to secure contract execution and ensure post-service customer satisfaction. Approve or reject the technical and commercial terms for each sale using a registration form completed by the sales representative; evaluate pricing, payment terms, equipment investment, contract duration, and customer consumption to assess the commercial viability of the deal in alignment with the company’s interests. Monitor sales performance indicators via the sales pipeline report and weekly ranking to track progress against established targets. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and service conditions directly with potential clients—through face-to-face meetings or, as a last resort, by phone—to support sales representatives in closing deals. Represent the company at commercial events to attract future partners and potential customers.
