Focus on inventory accuracy and corrective actions We are hiring a **Logistics Leader – Inventory** to manage inventory control, organization, and movement, ensuring proper storage and preservation of products. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of proven experience** in logistics; * Currently pursuing or holding a **Technical Diploma in Logistics** is a plus; * Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse organization; * Organized, proactive, and committed profile. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure physical and system-based inventory accuracy. * Validate location assignment, labeling, and packaging integrity. * Address non-conformities prior to shipment. * Supervise the warehouse assistant team. * Support periodic and rotating inventory counts. * Monitor storage practices according to FEFO/PEPS and 5S principles. * Analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions. * Record movements in the system (receipts, transfers, write-offs). * Manage returns, blocks, and NCs (Non-Conformity Reports).
