Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst with experience in process mapping and continuous improvement, capable of proposing effective solutions for efficiency and innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Map and document internal processes, developing workflows and policies. 2. Identify flaws and opportunities for improvement in existing processes. 3. Monitor the implementation of new processes, tracking results. We have an opportunity for a Process Analyst. We seek a professional experienced in organizational process mapping and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with analytical thinking, strategic vision, and the ability to propose effective solutions that contribute to improved efficiency, standardization, and innovation in company routines. Key Responsibilities: * Map and document internal processes, developing workflows, procedures, policies, and operational manuals; * Identify flaws, bottlenecks, or opportunities for improvement in existing processes; * Monitor the implementation of new processes, tracking results and proposing adjustments when necessary; Required Qualifications: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Technology, Quality Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in process or project management-related areas is desirable. * Proficiency in Power BI and process automation tools; * Microsoft Office Suite.
