Job Summary: Professional responsible for coordination and capacity building in the field of education, focusing on relationship management with State and Municipal Departments of Education and school principals, ensuring high-quality reporting. Description: Mandatory Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Teacher Education programs, or related fields; * Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; * Brazilian driver's license, category B; * Willingness to travel within the state of Maranhão and availability to work from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Fridays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences, and flexibility. Desirable Qualifications: * Prior experience in the field of education. * Conducting coordination activities and meetings with State and Municipal Departments of Education, as well as meetings with principals of designated schools; * Leading training sessions and ensuring the quality of reports and deliverables produced; * Using a mobile phone and laptop with internet access for communication with Equatorial and for executing project activities; * Assisting in public service delivery, as well as in the setup, dismantling, and guidance on the use of project experiments, tents, and games. 2512290202491907139
