Opportunity for learning and professional development **Educational Support Assistant** **Job Description:** We are looking for an **Educational Support Assistant** to support administrative processes and provide service to the institution's students. We seek someone who is communicative, organized, and enjoys interacting with people. **Responsibilities:** * In-person and telephone student service * Class transfer coordination * Distribution of teaching materials and uniforms * Relationship-building and follow-up calls between students and school * Attendance roll recording * Support for departmental administrative processes * General support for academic and operational routines **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational ability and proactivity * Proficiency in dealing with the public * Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, systems) **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Saturday:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **What We Offer:** * Collaborative work environment * Opportunity for learning and professional development * Role-specific training Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.600,00 per month
