




Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing meats, poultry, and seafood, ensuring quality, hygiene, and organization within the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and cutting of meats, poultry, and seafood 2. Maintaining the establishment's quality standards 3. Applying hygiene and food safety regulations Responsible for producing cuts; Responsible for cleaning and assembling skewers; Responsible for cleaning the work area, utensils, and equipment; Responsible for grilling meats while maintaining the **establishment's quality standards**; Responsible for storing and labeling different types of meats in appropriate locations to prevent spoilage; Responsible for cutting meats, poultry, and seafood; deboning; cleaning and organizing refrigerated chambers; packaging products; and performing other departmental tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques; Apply hygiene and safety regulations when handling food and cleaning utensils and the work environment safely; Perform workplace cleaning in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations; Maintain and care for equipment and materials used in the job.
