If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a **Project Manager** to work on large-scale industrial projects, with a focus on **CAPEX**. This is a strategic position that will play a fundamental role in the technical coordination of projects, ensuring quality, safety, scope adherence, timelines, and budget within an industrial environment. * Serve as the **technical responsible** for projects under your management; * Coordinate engineering disciplines including **conceptual, basic, detailed, and field engineering**; * Ensure adherence to the **Front End Loading (FEL)** methodology and applicable technical standards; * Support **CAPEX project management**, focusing on technical risks, constructability, and performance; * Technically review and approve projects, drawings, specifications, and technical memoranda; * Conduct technical interface with internal teams, designers, contractors, and suppliers; * Support procurement processes, progress measurements, scope changes, and technical analysis of claims; * Ensure compliance with **Health, Safety, and Environmental (SSMA)** requirements; * Prevent rework and drive continuous improvement in projects; * Prepare technical reports and performance indicators for project monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Engineering** (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or related fields); * Solid experience in **technical management of industrial projects**; * Experience in **medium- and large-scale CAPEX projects**; * Practical knowledge of **FEL**, PMI best practices, and technical risk management; * Experience in **brownfield industrial environments**; * Technical leadership and decision-making capabilities; * Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT, ASME, API, IEC, among others); * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or Primavera, Excel); * Availability for **on-site work in São Luís – MA**, without field leave. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: São Luís/MA * Working Hours: 07:00 \- 16:30 **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * TotalPass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
