If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Responsible for activities related to monitoring financial performance of contracts and cost control. **Detailed Description:** * Understand and consistently apply project guidelines, procedures, and quality control standards within the company; * Prepare capital cost estimates, both for direct and indirect costs; * Maintain updated and systematized cost control aligned with project management information needs; * Support project leadership regarding compliance with company procedures for cost control in the GCMS system; * Ensure proper allocation during RDC issuance and execution of contracting packages according to tasks approved for each in the TIC; * Assign budgets to different packages based on detailed review of the project estimate and established procurement strategies. * Prepare cost estimates in accordance with identified scope changes and assist in preparing PCCFs to obtain approval prior to implementation; * Ensure project commitments remain updated based on purchase orders and contracts. * Ensure estimated future commitments are thoroughly analyzed with the project team for each unfinished scope, and with the construction team for each completed and currently ongoing scope. * Participate in the change management process and incorporate approved changes into the project’s forecast completion estimate; * Update and maintain the “budget” with approved scope changes; * Update budget, committed costs, provisions, and payment authorizations for the monthly report; * Conduct financial risk analysis to assess necessary contingency for the project. This exercise must be performed regularly. * Participate in periodic reviews, establish and maintain forecasts for all packages based on GCMS reports, expenses, and project changes/trends (e.g., Change Control); * Jointly evaluate with the Portfolio Leader project expenses and forecasts, as well as fund allocations for out-of-plan projects through under/over; * Evaluate and/or prepare cost estimates jointly with the Project team; * Produce asset capitalization reports per client requirements; * Lead the capitalization process jointly with project leaders and controllers; * Monitor portfolio monitoring reports from the GCMS system, jointly with leaders and comments; * Prepare and support project closure tasks in GCMS. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in contract and cost management within the industrial sector. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: São Luís/MA * Working Hours: 7:05 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits Included in this Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * TotalPass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
