Present solutions and drive conversions with a commercial mindset. **Commercial Receptionist** We are looking for a Commercial Receptionist to work on the front line of customer service, focusing on welcoming our patients and transforming every interaction into an opportunity to generate value. This person will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience, strengthening patient relationships, and actively engaging in prospecting and promotion of the SuperVida Card. **Responsibilities** * Greet patients courteously, ensuring a welcoming experience from start to finish; * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments with a focus on efficiency and conversion; * Present SuperVida Card services, plans, and products, guiding patients toward the best options; * Conduct internal prospecting for new SuperVida Card customers, explaining benefits and guiding the enrollment process; * Support commercial campaigns and internal promotional activities; * Organize customer flow, files, and documentation; * Maintain clear, agile, and company-standard-aligned communication; * Internal, external, and laboratory examinations. **Requirements** * Excellent verbal communication skills and professional demeanor; * Commercial mindset, with ability to present solutions and drive conversions; * Proactivity, organization, and ease in interacting with people; * Experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus; * Basic knowledge of scheduling systems and Microsoft Office suite. **What We Seek** A friendly, communicative, persuasive, and results-driven individual who understands that reception is the heart of the patient experience and a strategic point for clinic growth and expansion of the SuperVida Card.
