Perform basic maintenance and daily inspections of the equipment, checking oil, fuel, and operating conditions. Support site preparation and foundation work, ensuring precision and safety in construction activities. Assist in moving and positioning heavy materials, collaborating with the construction team. Follow occupational safety regulations and internal procedures to prevent accidents and equipment damage. Record performed tasks and any incidents, maintaining an operational history. Keep the backhoe loader and work area clean and organized, promoting safety and efficiency. Previous experience as an Excavator Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator, Tractor Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
