Job Summary: Internal Sales Representative to serve customers in fire suppression and prevention, focusing on products and services offered by Norte Extintores. Key Highlights: 1. INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE: The role involves serving customers at the company's fixed address, located in front of Maiobão. The company, Norte Extintores, operates in the field of fire suppression and prevention products and services, such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, lightning rods, fire brigade training, among others. The position entails a paid internship/experience period of one month, R$ 1.000,00 Brazilian Reais, for training purposes; thereafter, permanent employment with a base salary of R$ 1.620,00 plus commission (our current sales representatives earn an average of R$ 2.500,00 including commission), and a salary increase plan (the fixed salary increases progressively based on employee performance). In addition to the salary, full transportation allowance and a monthly meal allowance of R$ 90,00 (not deducted from the paycheck). Work schedule during the first month of training: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00; Friday, 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00. Standard work schedule after the training month: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00; Friday, 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00. We do not work on Saturdays, as the four hours normally scheduled for Saturday morning are compensated from Monday to Thursday. Sales experience is required only in the sales field, not necessarily in fire suppression and prevention.
