The **Human Development Assistant** will carry out operational routines aimed at meeting the needs of the Human Development area. They will support the Human Development team in recruitment and selection, onboarding, personnel administration routines, benefits, administrative support for the department, and other activities within the scope of this area.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Conduct internal and external selection processes;
Implement Workplace Wellness initiatives;
Review onboarding and offboarding documentation;
Receive requests for daycare/babysitter allowance reimbursement;
Assist with logistics for selection processes, training sessions, and management meetings;
Monitor monthly periodic medical examinations for employees in their region;
Answer employee questions regarding selection, benefits, training, performance evaluations, etc.;
And other tasks related to this area.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
Legal age (18 years or older);
Education: High school diploma or undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
Experience in recruitment and selection, personnel administration routines, and benefits;
Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Familiarity with E-Social is desirable.

Base Salary: R$ 1.717,73;

**Working Hours:** 40 hours per week;
**Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
