Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate daily unit operations (opening, customer flow, and closing); Lead and motivate the dining room and counter staff; Ensure product quality standards and compliance with hygiene regulations; Assist in inventory control and order management; Maintain facility organization and cleanliness according to shopping mall standards. Desired Profile Proven experience in coordination/management roles in restaurants, snack bars, or similar segments; People management and conflict resolution skills; Resilience to work in the fast-paced environment of a shopping center; Organization and results-oriented mindset. Job Conditions **Salary:** R$ 2\.000,00; **Work Schedule:** 12x36 (work one day, rest the next); **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; **Benefits:** Meals provided on-site (lunch and dinner); Transportation allowance (optional). **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
