Interface with suppliers, customers, and accounting **Industry: Retail Fuel Trade** **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments; * Manage accounts receivable, monitoring collections and receipts; * Perform bank reconciliations, verifying bank statements and journal entries; * Record and clear financial instruments in the financial system; * Verify financial documents (bank slips, invoices, payment receipts); * Identify and resolve financial discrepancies; * Support cash flow control; * Prepare financial monitoring reports; * Support monthly financial closing; * Interface with suppliers, customers, and accounting. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in administrative routines. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:** Salary: R$ 2500.00 + Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Employment Type: CLT / 44 hours per week Position Type: Permanent CLT Payment: R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
