We seek a candidate with solid knowledge of product procurement processes and planning, experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, reimbursement processes, and margin calculation. The Procurement Assistant will directly support procurement activities, ensuring alignment with company needs and optimizing purchasing processes. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and select suppliers for required products or services. * Conduct quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms. * Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers/industrials, ensuring specifications and deadlines are met. * Track purchase orders, monitor order status, verify delivery timelines, and ensure products are delivered within stipulated timeframes. * Manage inventory levels to ensure adequacy for meeting company requirements. * Organize and archive purchase order and contract records. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the distribution sector. * Strong negotiation skills with suppliers. * Knowledge of contract management and reimbursement processes. * Analytical capability for margin calculation and cost control. * Organizational skills and attention to detail for process control. * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement management tools. * Prior experience in companies within the distribution sector. #### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Mobility Allowance; Dental Plan; Life Insurance; EBD Store.
