Monitor product quality and implement improvements Production Supervisor Description: We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our team and ensure efficiency and quality in production. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities, ensuring safety and attainment of objectives. Responsibilities: * Supervise and lead the production team * Identify and resolve production issues * Plan and organize production to meet company objectives and targets * Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring safety and efficiency * Monitor product quality and implement improvements * Identify and resolve production problems or bottlenecks * Manage resources such as materials and equipment * Implement safety and quality procedures and standards Requirements: * Experience in production supervision * Knowledge of team and process management * Communication and leadership skills * Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred) Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per year Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing Experience: * Production analysis (preferred) Work Location: On-site
