**Required Qualifications:**
* Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
* Valid CFT (Certified Fire Technician) certification.
* Knowledge of electrical maintenance activity planning.
* SAP PM knowledge.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B.
* Knowledge of industrial automation assets such as PLCs, switches, I/O cards, communication networks, and HMIs.
* Familiarity with SCADA and DCS systems.
* Knowledge of telecommunications networks, including structured cabling, optical fiber (single-mode, multi-mode), DIO, and network infrastructure.
* MS Project knowledge.
* Intermediate Power BI knowledge.
**Job Responsibilities and Activities:**
* Evaluate maintenance work orders according to defined priority, verifying information quality.
* Plan risks and their controls as indicated in the activity’s ART (Risk Assessment Tool), performing risk and control analysis to confirm the need for PTS (Pre-Task Safety) and/or Red Order.
* Plan maintenance orders according to defined priority (risks, details, labor, materials, tools, documents, services, and auxiliary equipment).
* Identify the need to adjust or create master data (YE note).
* Consider future planning and feedback from maintenance execution.
* Analyze service portfolio daily and resolve inconsistencies.
* Update work centers.
* Schedule maintenance orders (MOs) in the computerized maintenance management system.
* Allocate and coordinate required resources—labor, machinery, and materials—to ensure availability in the correct quantity, quality, and scheduled timeframe for work execution.
* Coordinate the weekly maintenance order scheduling meeting (S-1, S, S+1).
* Schedule auxiliary equipment and special tools (owned and third-party) in the computerized maintenance management system, addressing any deviations identified.
* Close scheduling activities (CM25/Prometheus), recording deviations and extra services in the computerized maintenance management system (S-1).
* Manage the scheduler’s daily service portfolio.
* Communicate and share the schedule with all involved areas.
