Build your future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support sector routines, contributing to organization, agility, and quality of daily demands; * Learn and develop professional competencies by applying guidance and learning program content in practice; * Perform simple administrative and operational activities with attention to deadlines, standards, and safety; * Maintain ethical and collaborative conduct, respecting internal rules, confidentiality, and good interpersonal relationships; * Ensure organization of the workplace and materials, guaranteeing proper maintenance and appropriate usage. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Availability to work 6 hours per day; * No prior employment record in work card. **Additional Information** **Benefits of being ROFE!** Transportation to facilitate commuting to the company; Transportation allowance; Meals provided at the company; Game room, rest area, and reading room; Programs focused on mental health.
