Job Summary: Position for an Occupational Nursing Technician at the Itaqui Port, focused on managing occupational health examinations, monitoring absenteeism, and promoting health. Key Highlights: 1. Manage occupational health examinations and monitor social security leave cases. 2. Monitor absenteeism indicators and develop health promotion initiatives. 3. Experience in Occupational Health and knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and related legislation. This position is intended for professionals holding an Occupational Nursing Technician qualification to work at the Itaqui Port area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Systematically manage the occupational health examination workflow, ensuring proper scheduling, follow-up, and documentation of employees' clinical evaluations; * Monitor social security leave cases, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring appropriate referrals; * Monitor absenteeism indicators, analyze root causes, and support initiatives aimed at reducing absences; * Develop and implement health promotion activities aligned with occupational guidelines and identified needs; * Formalize and track records related to work-related and commuting accidents; * Identify and monitor employees with chronic health conditions, facilitating appropriate referral to specialized care; * Consolidate information and support the preparation of technical reports and institutional requests related to occupational health, including consolidation and submission to eSocial. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Occupational Nursing; * Experience in Occupational Health within a corporate environment, with knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Familiarity with occupational health routines and legislation (PCMSO, ASO, CAT, INSS, among others). **Additional Information** We are a human resources management consultancy, founded and developed in Maranhão since 1995\.
