




Job Summary: A generalist HR professional who will work in people management, recruitment and selection, behavioral profile assessment and development, as well as client support. People development and client support **DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for supporting HR management processes and client service within the consulting firm, performing generalist duties across recruitment and selection routines, behavioral profile assessment, people development, and strategic HR initiatives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage **recruitment and selection** processes for various levels and profiles; * Administer and interpret **psychological assessments** and other evaluation tools; * Prepare **technical reports** and feedback on behavioral profiles; * Support **HR management consulting projects**, such as organizational climate surveys, competency mapping, and performance evaluations; * Participate in the **planning and delivery of training programs and development initiatives**; * Maintain **direct contact with clients**, aligning requirements and monitoring process progress; * Contribute to the **continuous improvement of internal consulting processes**; * Prepare **HR reports and metrics**, supporting result tracking and analysis. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed degree in **Psychology** (with active CRP registration); * Prior experience (even brief) in **HR consulting** or **recruitment and selection**; **BENEFITS:** * Salary; * Day Off; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** MONDAY TO THURSDAY: 08:00 \- 12:00 \- 13:00 \- 18:00 FRIDAY: 08:00 \- 12:00 \- 13:00 \- 17:00
