Focused on quality and affordable prices, the company meets diverse consumer needs. **What will you do in this role?:** Manage the store to ensure achievement of commercial and operational targets. Lead, monitor, and develop the team by providing training and feedback. Control inventory to ensure adequate stock levels, organization, and reduced losses. Supervise store opening and closing procedures to guarantee daily operational efficiency. Ensure service quality and uphold the company’s reputation. Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions. Manage exchanges, cancellations, and returns according to internal policies. Supervise maintenance of the store’s physical infrastructure and equipment. Support and report results of marketing initiatives and internal campaigns. Manage banked hours and collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding processes. Conduct onboarding and ongoing follow-up for new employees. Hold periodic team meetings to align goals and results. Position based in São Luís / MA.
