This position is intended for professionals with experience in **public-facing roles in the healthcare sector**, preferably in clinics, medical offices, or hospitals. We seek individuals with strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor—those who can comfortably interact with patients, manage appointments, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to efficient front-desk operations and patient flow management.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Greet and welcome patients, providing courteous, attentive, and empathetic service;
* Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and examinations;
* Register new patients and maintain up-to-date records in the clinic’s system;
* Answer telephone calls and messages, providing basic information and guidance;
* Organize and maintain patient files, documents, and front-desk administrative routines;
* Monitor patient entry and exit to ensure orderly and efficient service flow;
* Prepare and organize examination rooms before daily operations begin;
* Verify, issue, and manage health insurance referral forms and authorizations;
* Support clinic staff with day-to-day administrative tasks;
* Contribute to overall clinic organization and maintain a welcoming environment for patients.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Hospital Management, Secretarial Studies, or related fields is desirable);
* Prior experience in public-facing roles, preferably in **clinics, medical offices, laboratories, or hospitals**;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook;
* Familiarity with health insurance plans, referral form issuance, and authorization processes with health plan operators;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for in-person, telephone, and messaging interactions;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks;
* Ethical conduct, discretion in handling confidential information, and strong interpersonal skills.
